ROUTINE BEHAVIOR
posted September 28, 2006 - 6:00pmEveryone’s life is based on routines. The reason you are the way you are is due in part to the routine you have chosen or created. Like it or not you are a product of the routine you have chosen.
Example: At one point in my life I wanted to be a Bodybuilder. I started planning my routine, counting calories and any other thing that I could think of to become “ a sight to be hold”. I followed this routine for years.
This approach worked to some degree. I accomplished the goal, however I wasn’t happy. After long days of nothing to eat but powdered protein and bars that you could beat someone with, I lost my desire. EVERYTHING became routine.....
Now whenever life becomes routine I stop take note. I know lots of clients that have routine days. The same old thing day in and day out.
However routine your day, take a moment to look around and enjoy your days routine. And smile it’s free.
