Royce Gracie
posted August 14, 2006 - 1:43pmA monster is trying to wrestle you to the ground
A giant wants to turn your head clear around
The Master of Death is dying to hear that sound
Bloodletting like whistling winter wind
Oh, won't you be there?
Gracie, won't you be there till the end?
You
try to hold on as you go down for the count
The body is battered, but you'll never tap out
It all comes down to this final bout
Your only option is to win
Oh, won't you be there?
Gracie, won't you be there in the end?

Love the subject choice. I'm surprised there isn't more verse of this sort written about the UFC, doubt a single major tilt or tourney went by without a dozen minstrels fighting to be the one to commemmorate it. Things can change a lot in a thousand years or so.
