Saint (?) Roland (Burris), Saint Harry(Reid) and Saint Milorad Blagojevich. Archangel's Michael and Gabriel are watching

Maybe that Soviet Professor is right about American Disintegration? That could be Saint Harry Reid's legacy; ignoring the Law. Or acting above the Law? The Washington Media, and the National Media think this is just a "Great Story." Believe me, it is a bit more than just a great story; it is a passion-play about the practicality of the concept of the American "Rule of Law." Yet our profit driven TV media worries only about "share" and faulty viewer mechanisms that get advertising sponsorship (money), will devolve the subject into "which camp" is stronger; who's going to win. Never mind the concept of obeying a clear and simple law. Shame on Harry. Obstruction in the place of civility.

If the Law, simple and really clear, is not followed, America cannot claim any moral high ground -- loses the vision it supposedly presents to the world. Instead of following the law, Saint Harry Reid ignores the law of the Constitution; the structural law which specifically addresses the appointment of a Senator; Saint Harry abuses the authority of his leadership office to impede the process of seating an appointed Senator in what is a clear breech of both civil and criminal law. As I wrote earlier, why claim criminal violations and arrest a Governor with so far not a shred of hard evidence -- just conversations about possibilities. Is the FBI now the thought-police? Like Tom Cruise's movie? And can you be prosecuted and found guilty for something that never resulted in any gain to the participants, if there were any. Let's apply this to the Wall Street Gang or the financial scammers around the world. Let's say they propose a scam and decide it won't really work?

I voted for Obama.

But, I am disappointed that Obama has joined with the current Democratic Leadership (Reid, Pelosi, et al.) to ignore what is legally cut and dried; that a sitting Governor has appointed a Senator, as per Law, and that the Senate really has no choice but to seat the appointed Senator. To do otherwise is to make a parody of the Constitution and of the Law. Yeah, Yeah, I recognize these good ole boys been ignoring the Constitution for nearly 100 years. Soon other American's will notice this and maybe there will be a revolution in thinking -- and a demand for real representation and real change. (The Obama Change thing.)

This situation needs to go to the Supreme Court quickly. The Supreme Court may decide to find "for" the Senate leadership, and deny the Legal Process or status of written Law elevating the legislative branch above the constitution's structural law -- the written descriptions on which these Congressional structures (Executive,Legislative and Judicial) exist. Yes; ignore the structural law of the constitution and just let the good ole boys write their own ticket. (Like the Bush/Republican Financial or Pharma guys did.) Basically, the court would say there is no law that applies to the behavior of government entities -- or people. There is the substance of disintegration, the initial crack that can bring down even the United States. Their oaths to uphold and support and defend the Constitution? Yeah. Violated. Saint Harry Reid, Saint Rod Blagojevich. And the newly appointed Saint -- Saint Roland Burris.

Perhaps only one of these "names" should be conferred with the legal status to step into the Sainthood.

As far as achieving the "Priesthood." Well, at least one has, certainly -- going by religion, not election or appointment.

Do they believe in the Law? Do these Saint's believe in The Law?

You'll have to be the judge on all the law things; but here are a few characterizations.

1) Saint-designate Roland Burris, believes the Law will seat him in the Senate's Sainthood.

2) Saint Harry Reid writes and re-writes the Laws, and surely is immune to them while a Senator. He likes to Preach the Law.

3) Saint Milorad (Rod Blagojevich) battles with the Law but also acts according to Law's direction. He says he has not Broken the Law, even if he has spoken about breaking the Law. He has NOT inhaled -- or felt like he inhaled. Are these immoral thoughts?

Saint Harry Reid. (Hey, Saint Harry, there are such things as laws. . .not just some conversation and negotiation.)

Saint Harry (Reid) has principles and a religion. And he thinks he can negotiate "the Law." I think his is confusing the negotiating of a Verdict, a "deal" under law, with The Law itself. Of course, his religion and his belief in the American God (Money, "In God We Trust") are two different things. He tries to keep some distance between his religion and his belief in America's God. (Sometimes that is confusing, like it was while he was cleaning up the gambling money of Nevada.

But for scale, imagine,taking $700 Billion Taxpayer money to Vegas, and using it to "save" the Casinos and Gaming halls -- and then to try getting a record of how the money was gambled? Or used to help the failing entertainment industry.

There is not much difference, really, between the open "real" gambling in Vegas and Wall Street. Just realize, US treasuries are like slots, returning just a bit less than inflation.

Saint Harry is in a Senate "leadership position." Saint Harry Reid is the High Saint Senate Majority Leader -- and as such, he determines which bills make it to the Senate floor and get voted on or filibustered.) And Saint Harry Reid is a ("heck" of a) nice guy. Shucks. He is one of the top Law "deal-makers."

Saint Milorad (Rod Blagojevich)

Saint Milorad (Governor) Rod Blagojevich apparently would rather have had a more definitive quid pro quo -- like an eventual new job -- than the political "appreciation" that really turns into political capital if banked properly for appointing a "properly" Senate-pre-approved-person. Saint Reid may have been contacted by Saint Blago's Angels, but somehow the messaging was mixed up.

Additionally, because of the actions of America's Lawman Angel and God's disciple Angel Patrick Fitzgerald, there is a "taint" on the Illinois future. Angel Patrick apparently has not got enough for an indictment, yet. He has asked for an extension of time, and a US judge has given it to him -- so perhaps they can get anyone to show them the records of some illicit transaction that would sink Saint Milorad. did Mukasey approve the indictment slam dunk -- or order it?

Saint Milorad probably should ask for mercy and petition for Archangel Raphael, Uriel, or Sariel to offer a boost in faith and fend off the Fallen Angel, Lucifer, from picking at his bones. (Or just revel on a good 'un.)

Angel Patrick might need Gabriel for guidance. But if Saint Milorad has truly sinned and performed illegally Gabriel might let all sorts of things happen.

Certainly, you got to get real!

The wheeling and dealing of a Senate Majority Leader (Saint or not) is only slightly less filled with "self-interest" than is a Governor looking for advantage in being designated the "authority to appoint" a Senator. But with Saint Reid, et al., the conversations are NOT wiretapped for public review, (To do so? (wiretapping) would you just go to the Bush Supreme Court, or just "leak" the conversations and actions from the NSA records since they are already in digits?)

Religion and recently erected (since 1830's) and somewhat tarnished and devalued American God of Bank Money, at least in Saint Reid's view, are not that far apart, but might be farther apart than anything Saint-designate Burris received from Saint Blagojevich. In fact, even with all the power of a Senator, and not necessarily always at odds with others -- that powerand potential for abuse could be a problem.

Saint Reid probably needs to devote more time to his religion, or to his God.

Some "facts:"
Saint-designate Roland Burris knows that he is the legal senatorial appointment under The Law from a sitting Governor elected by the people of Illinois.

Saint Roland has an almost certain conviction that If the issue rises to the Supreme court, Saint Reid knows it is a slam dunk. Against him. Despite the fact that he is fully in the right.

The Constitution's 17th Amendment does not brook any changes in the process it covers. It is so straightforward that Reid and technicalities are not going to change the validity and application of the Law.

(Yeah, I guess Saint Reid can claim that the Senate's little self-agreed to "rules" trump an Amendment to the Constitution (the 17th) which doesn't mention the certification, nor even imply it. The Constitution, again, imperfect as it is, is far better than those in congress now sworn to serve it and uphold it.) (Really. Article V. If held, we might still have a chance to improve on the Law by which we behave.)

Redemption? Watch Saint Harry carefully.

Nice guy or not, Saint Harry Reid, is said to be commanding the Senate Sargent of Arms to stand at the door to the Senate Temple like the Archangel Michael to greet Saint senator-designate Burris with a Message. (All the Archangels are Messengers.) That message is: "Pass thee not within. Your credentials are no good. There is no Chair for you here." If you watched the TV coverage, (Your paperwork is not in order) that is what happened, trying to spread the effort around the Sargent of Arms took Saint Burris to the Secretary of the Senate. That is the guy who followed Saint Harry's orders.

Even if it the credentials had the Illinois Secretary of State's signature upon it as per Illinois law (Not US Law) it would NOT have been in order, so that theater didn't have to play.

This Miscarriage continues. Could it be the beginning of the revolution?

Saint Harry. Let Burris sit. You've got real problems, and We the People, have by your hand and others been misled, lied to, and misrepresented. You have victimized not only a State (Illinois) but the nation. There are problems elsewhere -- You got to help clean up a planet and keep from being an obstructionist your self.

You can count on Saint Roland, and Saint Franken to help bring cloture, stop them obstructionist Republican filibusters. Of course Saint Lieberman will have to show his saintly character to protect the planet, too.

Get to work. Quit playing on the edge of Law.

Late Note: Do you suppose any one of those sworn to uphold and defend the Constitution had this in their in-box? The real point is this: The Amendments trump the rules and roles of house and senate. These folks are deathly afraid of Article V
