American film actress and producer Sandra Bullock, 45, is married to Monster Garage host Jesse James, 40, making her the step-mom of his three children, including the five-year-old girl, Sunny, from his previous marriage to porn star Janine Lindemulder.

Ms. Lindemulder temporarily lost custody of her only daughter when a judge sent her to jail for six months for tax evasion— she was ordered to pay (and has yet to pay) nearly $300k in outstanding taxes to the Internal Revenue Service. Sandra Bullock and Jesse James had sole custody in the interim. Now, Ms. Lindemulder is out of jail and wants Sunny back. But her ex-husband and his film-star wife won't relinquish the little girl.

Ms. Lindemulder is the underdog in this child custody battle. Her alleged credentials are porn-star, felon, and drug abuser, who may be emotionally unstable. And her present husband is Jerry Aikman, whom Mr. James calls ‘a two-time state and federal felon’— a statement supported by court records. The judge in the custody case recently amended Ms. Lindemulder’s visitation rights to keep Mr. Aikman away from Sunny.
