Saturday Night Live lays off 90% of it's staff

Saturday Night Live laid off all their staff until further notice this past Friday afternoon. Their production staff, even long-term employees, were let go all together about 90 percent of the SNL staff was fired.

The Saturday Night Live firings are a result of the ongoing Writers Guild strike in Hollywood.
