The worldly-known billionaire Roger Penske believes he can do for Saturn what GM refused to do - put some real bang in Saturn through marketing vehicles already loved by the public, and producing the smaller cars necessary to move forward.
Penske already has a network of auto dealerships, and is familiar with consumer-level dealership business. He also believes he has an ear with the public and he's in-tune to their thoughts.
