Here are some tips on how to save some money on food, I found a site that has locations across the US who sells a box of food for $30.  The food is aprox 21-25 lb and can last a family of 4 for up to a week or a single person almost a month.  The menu does change from time to time and they even have holiday boxes for Thanksgiving since they work with 500 food manufacturers.  The site is www.thetreasurebox.org so that you can see if you have a location near you. 

     Personally I think the food is fine and is great for supplementing a large portion of my diet.  I do also go out and buy other food that I enjoy to eat but at least this cuts my bill for the general items.  Below is a samply of one of their menus.  Hope everyone enjoys this as much as I do!
