Saving Private Ryan: Tom Hanks & Steven Spielberg

Tom Hanks starred in this fictitious account (that many people believe was in fact a true story) of an Army Captain's mission to find the lone surviving soldier of a military family so that his life might be spared during the D-Day invasion of Normandy in World War 2. The movie was directed by Steven Spielberg, the director of the John Belushi / Dan Ackroyd World War 2 film, 1941.
