Scream at the Beach is a haunting experience that Portlanders look forward to every Halloween.  This annual event makes its home at the Jantzen Beach SuperCenter and is touted as the #3 haunted house in the nation. 

Every year, despite the warnings that Scream at the Beach is way too intense for children, there are many kids who try to get through it only to be led out screaming and crying.  This is why I don't go in because if the 12 year old can't take it, neither can I!  Especially when there are evil clowns involved.  So if you have the guts to try Scream at the Beach, here is a link to their website with hours of operation(s), prices and shows and special events.
