Second Month on Xomba – Earnings Increased by 70 %

Since I posted what I actually made with Google Ad Sense during my first month of participation with Xomba, I thought it would be fun and informative for the community, especially the “New Xombies”, to see what someone else earns as they learn to be a part of this new-to-me activity of earning money off the internet.

My second month of participation ran from May 1, 2008 to May 31, 2008. My math skills are not the greatest in figuring out percentages. I had to consult a math forum and hopefully I am figuring my percentages correctly. If I am not, then please post a comment to let me know what the actual and accurate percent of increase is.

My first month on Xomba I made $30.69 in earnings. Of course, the first 10 days the Google Ad Sense report kept showing me a big fat 0 for earnings. But since I had read the reports of others, I knew this was normal, albeit a bit discouraging because like everyone else I wanted to see some progress. One of the reasons for my posting my earnings is so that others who are just beginning may see how this adventure progresses.

My second month posting on Xomba I have earned a total of $52.18 as shown in my Google Ad Sense report. The best that I can figure that is in increase of 70% over my first month. If my percentage is off, please forgive me and correct me, but my earnings are shared accurately so you math wizards can figure out the percentage.

4-2-08 to 4-30-08 = $30.69
5-1-08 to 5-31-08 = $52.18

How do I participate? I mostly post Xomblurbs of things that actually interest me and that I think may be helpful to other people. I am a bargain hunter from birth. I search out bargains and enjoy saving money. So I posted what interests me. I share grocery coupons, free items, free magazines, free gasoline, free internet resources and then of course I post some Xombytes by sharing the writings that I have written on the subjects that interest me.

Many of my Xomblurbs posted have generated a lot of interest. That is fun to see when your post gets a lot of “hits”. It makes me feel like I shared something helpful with my Xomba community. A few of the posts did not seem to generate much interest and I am finding that is normal for this endeavor.

Be encouraged….this is a great community and an awesome opportunity. Not only is it a great big huge international community but you can earn some money while having fun.

My earnings may not be enough to pay the rent, but I dream of hitting the big time just like some of the others on Xomba have. I have read hints and tips about earning more money. Then I also dream of winning the lottery too. (smile) Watching the pennies add up each month is exciting for me but more than that, I am having a blast sharing my interests online in a great big family of interesting people who have interesting things to share also. Take a chance, you have nothing to lose, go ahead and post what you find interesting (of course it has to be PG-13!). There are many people here to assist you and all the help you need is just a click away.
