Secondary Timeshare Market is Growing Growng Growing!

Timesharing, simply put, is when an individual purchases the right to spend a specified amount of time, usually a week each year, at a specific resort location. Most timeshare agreements also allow you to trade with owners in different locations.

Timeshare re-sales have been around for a very long time, and eBay's efforts are now being seen as a major step toward the growth and maturity of the secondary timeshare market.

Of course, eBay does not sell timeshares, it simply provides a level playing field for current owners to sell their properties.

Let's take a look at some of the available properties...

Waikiki Timeshare

The Waikiki property is a steal. It cost $18,000+ when it was sold in the primary market and will go for cheap in the secondary market. My dad got an Orlando property for $100 on eBay and he takes us there each year - Orange Lake Resort :-)
