The Secret to Losing lbs

The Secret is, to change your new habits one at a time.  Does this sound boring for losing lbs?  Believe me, this works!

Take a good look at your life, and your eating habits, and take days that you feel you would have the energy and focus to change some of your meals.  Such as smaller portions, healthy snacks etc, and maybe walk your dog or go up a few flights of stairs.

Pick the days you are going to do these changes, and put them on your calendar or day timer.  This will be your new habit.  Now really focus on those days to make great choices, and hopefully a slightly lower calorie intake and some exercise.  Find at least 3 or 4 days that you can do this.  Then on the other days, relax!  Do what ever you want.

I did this, and you will lose lbs, it will take a bit longer, but it starts coming off and comes off steady.  You will not lose 50 pounds in one month like all the diet ads claim, you will lose gradually, and you will lose lbs.  Simple as that.

Don't be beating yourself up if you slip, just add a few more flights of stairs or walking or walking the dog.  Just be a bit more aware of yourself, and you will lose lbs.  This way you can still eat what you want if you go out to a restaurant, knowing that you have already watched your food for 3 or 4 days this week. 

This way you can still have your favorite foods and nights out without feeling deprived, and that is the secret to losing lbs right there.  Not to feel deprived..   I personally lost 26 pounds this way, so I can tell you it works.  There are actual diet programs out there that follow this, I did it myself, but if you click here, you can hear how to do it and watch a video.   good luck!
