Everyone likes losing weight fast. Once we have decided, it is time to get rid of some weight, we are impatient and want it gone now. But we also have to remember, we did not put it on overnight. But there are ways to speed things up!< p>
Well most experts, will tell you, that you should go slow, and take it easy, and slowly cut back on your calories and slowly increase your exercise. This is good advice, but sometimes you just want to get things moving a bit quicker. But how can you lose weight without pain or hunger?
From personal experience, I can tell you, that taking it slow and easy when it comes to weight loss is a good thing, and has worked for me up until now. But recently I noticed that the scale finally just got stuck and did not want to move anymore. Losing weight fast, was not going to happen at this rate!
No matter what I did, it just wouldn't move. I finally decided that maybe everything had become just a bit too routine. I was following a good diet, and getting exercise, but my exercise was on a schedule, and I worked out the same way each time, on the same machines and routines.
So, I decided that my body had become comfortable with this schedule, and therefore needed a shakeup!
I was working out 3 or 4 times a week, so I decided to do some intensive exercises with my regular workouts, for short 10 minute bursts at a time. As part of my exercise routine, I would walk my dog, so I decided to start running as fast as I could between hydro poles. That may not seem far, but my heart was racing as I got to the next pole. Then I would walk to the next pole, then run again. I would do this at least 5 times during my walk.
These were just short bursts, but I ran as fast as I could for that time.
I made sure to really stretch afterwards, and continued on with my day. I did this at 4 of my walks, my dog was loving this, and by the end of the week, the scale had started moving again.. downwards.
I was really excited. So, this shows you that short intervals of bursts of energy can help burn those calories. If losing weight fast is your goal. Why not try revving up your exercise routine. You need to wake your body up, and get that heart pumping and you will burn more calories again. For more free tips on losing weight without hunger or pain.
