It looks like, but not proven yet that Semenya might be a hermaphrodite.  I think this is so cool.  It is to bad she is pulling out of the race though.  That is sad.

This only makes a point of what I have been saying about transgendered people being pushed aside and made to pick one gender or the other despite the fact that they have been graced with the gift of being able to experience both sides.  How often I  have heard women say they wish they knew what went through a man's head or a man say they wish they knew what was going through a woman's head.  I can tell you what.  It is basicly the same despite the gender.  If it wasn't, then you wouldn't be asking the same question as the other gender was asking.  You just have different ideals just like any normal human life form on this planet or any other planet.

Still I feel for this young person. She/he shouldn't have to stop running if she/he is transgendered.  She still female technically.
