A bug in Far Cry 2, maybe one of the most popular games of 2008, freezes the game. Players can't get any further through the game when they complete 62% of the game. At the moment, only Xbox 360-users seem to have this problem.

When a player completes 62% of Far Cry 2, it is possible that the game freezes while loading. After that, the player can't load any save game anymore, and the only option left is to restart playing the game from scratch. 62% is just an average though, the bug annoyed players that completed the game for 60%, while others already completed the game 84% just to find out the game was frozen.

Most gamers restarted the game because they couldn't do anything anymore. Until now, only one person succeeded to fix the problem. The strange thing about it is that the method he used to fix his problem only seems to work for him. Ubisoft did not reply to this problem yet, but it is expected that they'll find a fix for this bug as soon as possible.
