Sesame Street Toys Hot for Christmas 2007

Last year kids went bonkers for TMX Elmo. At one point Elmo was selling on ebay for close to $150.

This year Mattel is at it again, this time with TMX Cookie-Monster and TMX Ernie both to be released on Sept. 11. Mattel is positioning the TMX line as a sort of collectible item. Much remains to be seen if these two puppets can generate the crazed hunt as with last year's Elmo.

Speaking of Elmo he's back as well and now he's making pizzas. Pizza Party Elmo is already in stores. Elmo's not the only thing that moves and sings the pizza also comes to life. To be honest it's pretty creepy. You can pick one up just about anywhere.

We'll keep an eye and ear out about the hype for these 2 new TMX toys as we get into Fall. Right now you can pre-order them at Target.com .

Demand - To be determined. This might be the holiday sleeper. Consider pre-ordering. There is a chance that by October 1st you won't be able to find them.

Pizza Party Elmo

Demand - With Elmo's history and the fact that almost every kid in America loves pizza we speculate that this might be moderately hard to find come October. If your kid loves Elmo we suggest you pick this up now. If you are a re-seller then you might want to wait a few weeks.
