"Now concerning the things of which you wrote to me: It is good for a man not to touch a woman. Nevertheless, because of sexual immorality, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband." 1 Corinthians 7:1-2 NKJV

Lust is a big issue in today's world. Lust is the reason why we have so many single parents and the spread of HIV.

Paul said "It is good for a man not to touch a woman." Even though Paul spoke this, these are God's words. God said this because he knows how the flesh operates. Kissing, touching, and rubbing, can lead to fornication which can lead to babies out of marriage and sexually transmitted diseases. You have people out here who are intentionally spreading STD's, why, because the devil is here to kill, steal, and destroy. We make ourselves vulnerable to the devil's attacks because we can not control our flesh. God did not intend for us to be with more than one person.

"But I say to the unmarried and to the widows: It is good for them if they remain even as I am; but if they cannot exercise self-control, let them marry. For it is better to marry than to burn with passion." 1 Corinthians 7:8-9 NKJV

If you feel that you just can't stay away from each other and you just have to have each other, it is best that you get married. Why waste your time, energy, and life with someone who doesn't want to marry you and is only in it for one thing. We have to learn how to be patient and wait on God. If you seek him first and be patient, he will bless you with that husband or wife.
