It is not the first time Governor Eliot Spitzer spent tax payers money for a sex tryst, but one of many that investigators have said he had with women employed by the prostitution ring that operated in several cities worldwide.
Governor Eliot Spitzer sex meeting was arranged through the international call-girl outfit called the Emperor's Club.
Governor Spitzer, who announced his resignation yesterday, may have paid up to $80,000 for such sex services over time with tax payers money.
