Shia LeBeouf in roll-over accident while driving under the influence. His Ford Pick-up ended up getting rolled over as an oncoming vehicle blows through a red light.

Transformers II co-star Isabel Lucas was riding with LaBeouf and thankfully no injuries have been reported for Ms. Lucas.

However, our local media continues to downplay the fact the Shia was drunk driving and would rather choose to focus on his crushed left hand and whether or not the shooting schedule for the Transformers sequel will wait and accommodate the injured actor with a few script mods to fit in his thrashed appendage.

This is not the first time that LaBeouf has had a run in with the law for alcohol related misbehavior.
