Shia Labeouf Busted For DUI

Shia Labeouf was arrested for DUI after he was involved in a car accident. It is not known whether he will be charged with felony DUI or Misdemeanour DUI. Apparently it depends on the amount of injuries to the victim of the accident Shia caused.
