Shocking Adverts of the Twentieth Century

This selection of adverts from the first half of the twentieth century suggest that life was completely different then. Cocaine was legal and advertised in local press. Television was supposed to be hood for children’s development and a good Christmas present for a child – according to advertisers anyway – was a rifle or a revolver! This short article is illustrated with such adverts from yesteryear…

For Spider Man Fans - the ultimate tattoo

I couldn;t believe this and hope it is temporary. The first picture is of a tattoo which gives a realistic image of the blokes flesh being ripped open to reveal his spiderman costume underneath - then there's the bald man's tattoo - I really bever thought I'd see anything worse than a comb over!
