Shocking low airfares to Europe

This morning airfare tracking sites like Farecompare.com and Airfarewatchdog.com reported a major sale for flights to Europe with fares as low as $209 roundtrip from Philadelphia to Madrid in August or $392 from New York to Paris in October.
