Greetings!

My publishing company, Helm Publishing Pty Ltd, is launching its inaugural short fiction award. Entries are now open to all Australian residents (sorry rest of world).

The topic is: “Fiction is Stranger than Truth.”

Entries must be 1500-3500 words in length. Closing date 12th June 2009. Entry fee is $5 and the winner recieved 50% of all fees received (runner up receives 25%).

Competition will be judged by Alex Broun, director of the international play festival Short + Sweet, and my good self, author of Eyes And Knives and Helm Publishing’s director.
