Should Zac Efron Do HSM3?

A lot of people have been asking if there will definitely be a "High School Musical 3." It was officially announced, albeit prematurely, back in February 2007 that plans were in the works for a Halloween themed feature film the studio dubbed "Haunted High School Musical.
