Simple Creamy Chicken Corn Noodle Soup

An easy yet elegant way to dress up Ramen noodles. I created this Recipe years ago to stretch the 2 packages of them there was in the house.

2 packages Ramen noodles broken up
4 Cups water
1 packet low sodium chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon dried parsely
1 small carrot shredded if desired
1 can creamed style corn
1 - 2 cups leftover cubed chicken or turkey
a dash each of onion and garlic powder if desired

In a pan over medium heat bring the water to a boil. Stir in ONE packet of the seasoning mix, the broken up noodles, dry chicken broth powder, carrot and parsley. Stir until blended and simmer about 1 minute. Add the can of creamed corn and the chicken. Heat thoroughly. Stir in the onion and garlic powders if desired. Serve. Saltine crackers, buttered toast, or garlic bread is a good accompaniment,

Recipe can be doubled.
