that it is also important to prepare the body before pregnancy. If you’re planning of getting pregnant, you must take care of your body, prior to getting pregnant. Here are some simple tips that could be useful before getting pregnant.
- Do a regular exercise, at least 30 minutes on most days of the week
- Eat healthy balance diet, rich in fruits and vegetables and low in fat
- Regular sleep schedule to have plenty rest every night
- Daily multivitamin, that includes 400 micrograms of folic acid
- Have a regular medical check up an inquire from the doctor whether any current medications may be unsafe during pregnancy
- Up to date vaccinations
- Avoid smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages
- Do not use illicit drugs
