Simple Habit for Avoiding Weight Gain

You would want to know what that is, right? The habit is to chew your food slowly and thoroughly.
Before you dismiss this thing as too simple or useless, just ponder for a while how many simple and seemingly small things make a big impact on our lives. It is usually the small things that make the big differences.
By inculcating in yourself the habit of chewing your food slowly, you can reap numerous benefits which can include better digestion, better health, avoid overeating, weight loss etc.
