Simple weight loss tips

This must be probably the hardest thing for a man/woman to do....lose weight. Most of them are lazy to work out resulting in a bigger waist radius. Here i've compiled a collection of simple exercises that will help you lose some weight. Just remember this is not a lose 60 lbs in 6 weeks techniques. It'll take some time before you can see changes. Forgive me for my english :)

Tip 1 - Take a deep breath, hold it like that and tighten your abdomen. Hold it for a few seconds. Return to normal. This will tighten your abdomen and also burn some fat. You must do this atleast once every 30 mins.

Tip 2 - This is a yogic method. This involves breathing faster such that your abdomen goes inwards. Do this 30 times or more once every 30 minutes.

Tip 3 - Experts say that you dont have to work out for hours to burn fat. Even a short rigorous workout has much effect. One simple exercise is jumping. Jump such that your knees touch your chest(no problem if it doesnt, just try as much as you can) 10-20 times. This will burn much fat.

Tip 4 - When talking about burning fat everyone says that you must not eat this, must not eat that, blah, blah. I say you eat it. Eat whatever you want. I eat all i want. But eat in a limit. Dont eay junk food everyday. Limit it to 1-2 times a week. Also eat lots of greeneis like spinach.
