Start you’re cleaning- Next time you find yourself thinking, I’m stressed, replace that thought with I have high energy level.-then use the energy. Harness your excess stress by tackling a large project that requires a lot of physical energy-like cleaning out the loft.
Press your dress shirts- The repetitive motion of ironing can send you into a trancelike state, which puts your brain on autopilot and helps, block our stress thoughts.
Predict the future- Whether it’s a client you have to dump or a coworker you have to control anticipate all the outcome – tears, screaming, excuses. Familiarity prevents surprises, and that slashes stress.

Make a schedule- If the boss suddenly dumps a big project on you; try not to say, “I can’t do this”. Instead, present him with a schedule outlining when things can be done. What was overwhelming is now under control and open to negotiation.
Cut credit card debt-Pay for purchases with cash instead of cards. You’re much less likely to over spend or buy on impulse, if you leave your cards at home and limit the amount of cash you carry.
