Slim in 6 is a 6 week program for rapid weight loss and healthy body slimming for men and women. Slim in 6 was created by Beachbody (Beachbody.com) with the help of Debbie Siebers. Slim in 6 comes with 3 phases of workouts and 2 bonus videos. You also get a motivational calendar, a success guidebook, nutrition guide, and a 6 day express diet plan.
Phase 1 video is called Start it Up! It is recommended that you use this phase to start. It helps you get comfortable doing various moves that they will use throughout the videos. When I did phase one on the first day of my work out I thought it was too easy. I did the entire work out without breaking a sweat. My first thought were “How is this going to work?” The next day my body was sore. The work out was effective. So I continued on with phase one for the rest of the week.
Phase 2 video is called Ramp It UP! Day 1 of this phase I was sore all over again. This is quite a step-up from phase 1 so I alternated between phase 1 and phase 2 until I got comfortable. It wasn’t actually until week 3 that I started using Phase 2 consistently.
Phase 3 video is called Burn It Up! I actually only got to use this video a couple of times. On week 4 I alternated using this phase with phase 2. At the end of week 4 I had achieved my weight loss goal.
Slim and 6-Pack is an ab-trimming video. This is one of two bonus videos that you get. I started using it in week 2 with phase 2. Talk about a workout, this is great! You can feel all the hard work here. The other bonus is Slim and Limber stretch video. I also used this about 3 times a week in the mornings.
The Slim in 6 was created to be a 6 week weight loss and body trimming program. I achieved my goal in 4! I only wanted to drop 15 pounds before our family vacation. I just wanted to look good in my bikini. This Slim in 6 worked great. It is worthwhile to all those who aren’t looking for a dramatic weight loss too.

I did all the workouts without the protein bars but I made sure I made up for it in my meals. Of all the important diet information they gave me the one fact I live by everyday is NO EATING BEFORE BED! This was a very bad habit that I had and it was surprisingly easy to break. Other than that, there wasn’t much that I changed about my diet.
Debbie Siebers and Beachbody were geniuses in creating this program. It was easy to achieve my goal was I was seeing results right away. I find that instant results keep people interested. But don’t get me wrong, when I say instant for losing weight, I mean in a week. In 1 week! Isn’t that great?!
I am a mother of 3 that stays busy all the time. The workout phases are short enough for anyone to fit in to a busy lifestyle.
