World population is out of control. There are almost 7 Billion people in the world today, over 300 million in the US alone. The uneducated masses of the world continue to breed at an unmanageable rate, the solution seems simple enough. Use birth control, have fewer children right? WRONG ! I say that this solution has a fatal flaw. The only people intelligent and responsible enough to control themselves in this way are exactly the ones who should have more children. Human intelligence, like behavior, is determined by a combination of biology and environment. I have nothing against adoption but the intelligent people of the world must pass on their genes and have a responsibility to provide an environment that gives their children every possible advantage. The world’s population will reach a critical point, when that happens the fate of the world will rest in the hands of those few people intelligent and creative enough to find a solution. We need more of these people, so if you are one of them, go find another and get busy. Your children could be the ones who save humanity from its own mistakes so have as many of them as you can and teach them all you can.
