Smoking doesn't give you a good night sleep?

The data shows that the subjects less time in deep sleep as compared to non smokers. This news was reported by Reuters. Smokers are were also about four times as likely to complain that their sleep did not leave them well rested. Considering that bad effects of smoking, many people have downplayed the bad effects of smoking. The main cause of the said sleep disorder is nicotine. Researches were able to track that nicotine, acts as a stimulant that makes sleep hard to come by. This new findings may give some smokers something to ponder upon since those smokers who think that they have a good night's sleep don't really get enough rest.
