Some Advice for Tony Romo: Stop Dating During Football Season Damn It!

I realize that all Quarterbacks, yes, even Tom Brady, will have a bad game. However, there is something to be said when you have a bad game against a team you've already beat earlier this year. Tony Romo, I love you and I think you're great, but the last two times you've started dating someone during the season and they showed up to a game, you lose your edge and your team loses. PLEASE STOP DATING DURING THE SEASON! If you have to date someone, please start during the off-season. Remember Carrie Underwood...I believe she came to a game and you blew it! And now the same thing happened this year. STOP IT! Just STOP IT! I know you want to impress your lady loves, but sweetheart, use your charm to do that. When you're on the field, forget who's watching you. When you are out there having fun and remembering why you are there, you have the best games ever. Remember that game against the Giants in September, when you had your best game with a passing average of 14.4 with 345 yards? How great was that? Was there a woman there you were deeply in love with? NO! There wasn't! So, just please stop doing that! YES, I know the Cowboys clenched the NFC East, but seriously, you need to know how to handle new loves in your life. The rest of the team shouldn't suffer because you're stressed on trying to impress your woman. JUST STOP IT! Tom Brady has a baby and a beautiful girlfriend and they got everything out of the way during the off-season. Do you see what I'm getting at? OFF-SEASON romance works much better. Cause then if Jessica wants to come to a game, it won't matter because you won't need to impress her. Please don't let her near you against Carolina on Saturday or the rest of the respect I had for you (because you lost some when you started dating Jessica -again, I preferred Carrie) will be almost gone. Terrell, Jason, Patrick - they still need a good Quarterback to pass to them, so please get the love dust out of your eyes and focus on the game.

Jessica had nothing to do with it...

As they say, on any given Sunday...I would rather lose during the regular season than in the playoffs anyway. Tony was due for a bad game--even Peyton Manning and Tom Brady and Brett Favre have them and nobody tell them not to date or care about their off-field lives. Even if Tony Romo was distracted, it doesn't explain the injuries to Andre Gurode, Anthony Fasano, Chris Canty, and Patrick Watkins. The Cowboys have been fortunate all season long injury-wise and none of these injuries can be attributed to Jessica Simpson.
