Policeman brutally drag a petty thief in Bihar (a state situated in North India).

Aurangazeb a petty thief in Bihar had a dreadful 28th August. He allegedly snatched a gold chain from a devotee infront of a temple. Following which he was ruthlessly thrashed, kicked by the crowd. The local police added more violence to the scene by tying his foot to the vehicle and dragging him on the street for some distance. He was then dumped on a cycle-cart to be taken to the police station before being sent to a hospital
