Apparently Sony has passed on plans to allow a Sony Ericsson PSP Phone. Sony Ericsson already makes other branded phones such as Sony Cybershot and Walkman phones, but Sony is not ready to commit to a Playstation phone.

A spokeswoman for Sony Ericsson was quoted as saying "we feel at the moment the technical specs are not high enough to put such a prestigious brand on a phone."
