Soothing Relief for Insomnia
posted September 6, 2006 - 1:31amThis really works to calm and relax me after a stressful day. I prefer not to take sleep medications so I came up with this aromatheapy mixture instead. Give it a try. It might help you too.
Combine equal parts of Lavender and Jasmine essential or fragrance oils in a large vial. Add several drops of YlangYlang oil and gently shake to blend.
Pour a bit into an electric potpourri crock NOT a tealight one. You can add a bit of water too if you like. Plug the pot in and soon the soothing aroma should have you drifting off to sleep.
