Sotomayor Found to be Unqualified

Sonia Sotomayor is not qualified to sit on the Supreme Court, but not just for the many reasons that have already been articulated. Her understanding of the Constitution itself needs to be questioned...and has been. What was the result of the analysis? Well, as the title implies, Sotomayor was found to be wholly unqualified as a Supreme Court justice.

At least Sotomayor showed signs of intelligence under scrutiny and questioning.  The most intelligent thing W Bush did was duck when the shoes were thrown at his empty head...
