up refreshed and can function optimally. There are certain factors that can help you get good sleep. They are as follows:
1. Room environment: Make sure that there is adequate ventilation in the room. Apart from this, soft mattresses and comfortable pillows are a must. Dark curtains are essential. These factors can help you to get good sleep.
2. Exercise: Some light exercises and walks either in the morning or in the evening. help facilitate sleep.
3. Warm bath and milk: A warm bath in the evening and a cup of milk before going to bed helps in getting sleep.
Apart from the above aspects, keeping a positive attitude and maintaining the same timing for getting into bed helps you to get good sleep.
Once you have obtained sound sleep, you will feel rejuvenated. Your body starts functioning at optimum level and you are geared to perform well. You will be able to put in more effort and you will also feel less stressed.
