Joe Wilson, R-S.C. a republican house member from South Carolina let his emotions run wild when he shouted "you lie" during President Barack Obama speech on healthcare to joint session of Congress on Capitol Hill in Washington, Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2009. His "embarrassing" and " disrespectful reaction" at the spur of the moment came when he disagreed to a certain point in the President's speech relating to health care facilities for illlegal immigrants.
