South Carolina Republicans find themselves at the center of controversy once again. First we had the Governor of the state confessing on national news that he wasn't really hiking the Appalachian Trail when he went missing for several days. Then we were witness to the rude "You Lie!" outburst from SC Republican Congressman Joe Wilson during President Obama's healthcare reform speech to Congress.  Now, it seems the Jewish community is speaking out against ignorant comments made by Edwin Merwin Jr. and Jim Ulmer, both Republican county officials from South Carolina.
