He is presently hot on the trail of an intriguing, possibly extraterrestrial, fellow who was recently spied in the hinterlands hereabouts and who seems to have visited the States before.

"The Creature of Copper Canyon," Lance has noted, bears more than a passing resemblance to "The Dover Demon" (Google it -- v-e-r-y interesting!) of 1970's reports ... and both were seen under similar circumstances.
