Apparently there are some crazy "Spongebob" (Cartoon character) fanatics who have painted this cartoon character on the chimney of a historic building. The painting is said to be 10 foot tall and on a cabin in the Pike National Forest. Thus, the US Forest officials are desperately hunting for this fanatic.
