Steve McNair former NFL quarterback found shot, possible murder suicide?

Steve McNair was found shot twice in the head, and twice in the chest. A girl he was having a relationship with was also found shot once in the head. Authorities are not releasing whether they believe it was a murder suicide yet, but have ruled McNair's death a homocide.< p>
