Stop Eating After 6:00pm If you find yourself suffering from weight issues, take a look of your body from the inside out. I rather eat a strong and testing meal early during the day, keeping me satisfied until the next day and to avoid eating after 6:00pm as the metabolism runs slowly and causes fat around your belly. if you are used to eat strong or heavy meals in the late afternoon, the first 4 days will cost you will of power to change your system., so be strong and dedicated and you will see the results immediately.. Also drink a lot glasses of water each day.
