Open up notepad and do this:

In each blank, list one thing you need to do. They don't have to be major, but they need to be things which you should have already done.

Put them in order of greatest importance.

Memorize them and write them down. Put a big underscore (__) to the left of each one. Until these three things are done, you do nothing else!

Put your computer on standby, and go do those three things RIGHT NOW. Not a week from now, not tomorrow, RIGHT THIS INSTANT.

Don't let the self-fulfilling prophecy of procrastination govern your life.
