Storm Riders is back with a sequel

Remember back in the day when Storm Riders hit the scenes? I haven’t seen the movie in almost 5 years or so. I remember the release date was back in 1998 at the time when Asian movies were becoming popular in the United States. I can’t believe our heroes Wind and Cloud are back on the big screen because the ending of the first movie seemed so final.

When I was looking up for some more information on the sequel; I came across some small, but exciting facts. Wanna hear them?

Did you know that Storm Riders was first an Hong Kong manga called Fung Wan? In Chinese that means Wind and Cloud, the name of the main characters.

Guess who created the manga? The Famous Ma Wing Shing. Of course it was later made into a live action movie in 1998; good thing too or else I would of never known about Storm Rider’s.

Did you know that Storm Riders II will be the first Asian movie to be shot entirely on the blue screen? This means the movie will have game like sequences backdrops like the movie “300″. I can't wait to see how it turns out.
