I woke up today with a shocking news that a five year old boy was killed near his apartment in the city of Bangalore , in India , by stray dogs. The boy who was playing hide and seek game with his friends was mauled to death by 15 stray dogs , in a ground near his apartment.

The surprising fact is that ,a similar incident happened in the same city a couple of months back and the authorities had alerted then all concerned about the stray dog menace in the city. The incident an eye opener to the civic authorities ad parents of small children, has sent shock waves in this city popular for BPO and software industry in the country.

while the awareness of Animal welfare and protection is gaining momentum in the country no body seems to bother about the stray dogs menace in many places in the country , which has now reached its pinnacle of notoriety.
