Stunning Upset In 2009 Ugliest Dog Contest!

In a surprising upset "Pabst" the boxer-mix rescue from California has been crowned 2009 Ugliest Dog. "Pabst" managed to wrestle the coveted title from "Rascal" a pedigree Chinese Crested dog. Have a look.
