Some Mortgage Lenders and Loan Officers convinced their Customers to make Interest only payments on the mortgage. The Consumer got captivated with that dream of a nicer home, more space, a sauna, a swimming pool. Unfortunately, these were not examples of accelerated mortgage repayments.
