Suddenly, Connecticut Is Stem Cell Central

One of the beneficiaries of the $100 million research Program is Dr. Rowe, who is working on stem cell research in his laboratory at the University of Connecticut. Connecticut has been funded by the State to support embryonic stem cell research.
